There are a lot more than just "apples" that can make a juice sweet and tasty. It has apples and a whole lot more! It's filled with a combo of veggies & fruits that provide beta-carotene, anti-oxidants, and nutrients good for your heart health, prevent and reduce inflammation, and even help to boost oxygen uptake in the cells. Drink up!
- 2 Beets (washed. Peel if you prefer a less earthy taste)
- 3 Large Carrots (washed)
- 3 Parsnips (If you don't have parsnips just add extra carrots)
- 2 Apples (*Organic if you can! Make sure to wash, Apples are high on the Dirty Dozen List)
- 1 Knob Fresh Ginger
Add all ingredients to your juicer and serve cold over ice. Enjoy!
