Ok so maybe I really mean to say Orange is the new "Green" (since we don't really juice too many popular "black" foods)... But seriously, this recipe is SPOT ON! This recipe is one of my personal favorites and a staple I include on a daily basis. No joke - its THAT good!!
Did you know bell peppers actually have 70% more Vitamin C than an orange? Orange and yellow colored fruits and veggies contain carotenoids which are good for hair, skin, nails, and immune function. Enjoy this with some extra ginger to give it an extra kick!
1 orange bell pepper (capsicum)
1 yellow bell pepper (capsicum)
1 large carrot
1 green apple
1 lemon, peeled
Knob of Ginger
Wash all ingredients well. Remove seeds from peppers and choose if you want to peel the lemon. Add all produce through juicer and enjoy!
