Tie Dye Juice

The color on this juice is my absolute favorite!  It's so pretty and more than just that, those colors signify TONS of nutrients! Rich in carotenoids, anthocyanins, and loaded with dietary nitrates and vitamin C.  This juice is excellent for pre/post workout, helping to provide electrolytes as well as immune supporting phytonutrients.


  • 1-2 Beets (with or without beet tops)
  • 2 Apples (I prefer red)
  • 4 Carrots
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • Option to add in 1 handful spinach 

Wash all ingredients. Push fruits and vegetables through your juicer at high speed.  Pour over ice and enjoy! Serves 20 oz.
