Turkey burgers are a great way to use a leaner option (compared to beef), and a better alternative compared to beef/meat.
I stumbled upon this recipe after using the same ingredients for meatballs over the past few months on this awesome blog until I decided why not do the same as a burger?! Thai-Inspired Turkey Burger
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 Tbsp Red Curry Paste
- 1/2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
Combine ground turkey, curry, and fish sauce in a large mixing bowl. Mix together well. Form into 4 patties. Place on grill or saute pan cooking until evenly cooked through. Serve on bun, in lettuce wrap, or sandwiched between tons of roasted sweet potatoes (YUM)!
