This recipe is loaded with phytonutrients like magnesium, lutein and antioxidants like Vitamin C. The combination of leafy greens, ginger, parsley and lemon all have incredible detoxifying properties for the liver. Ginger gives a nice spicy kick, so add extra if you want!
- Handful of Spinach (Iron, Folate, Magnesium)
- Handful of Kale (antioxidants, Vitamin K)
- 1 Cucumber (hydrating)
- 2 Apples (*Organic if you can)
- Knob of Ginger (detoxifying properties)
- Small Handful of Parsley (detoxifying properties)
- 1 Lemon (anti-microbial, Vitamin C)
DIRECTIONS: Wash all ingredients well. Add all ingredients to your juicer chute. Serve over ice.
