You’re likely here for a reason – you’re suffering. Be it big or small, you want more. You know something isn’t quite right and could be better – be your fertility, period and hormone health, gut health, mental health, thyroid, maybe it’s a history of being dismissed by doctors, feeling anxious or depressed. I was in those same shoes over 10 years ago and that’s what led me down the path of functional medicine… I call it an upgrade to my traditional dietetics background.

You see, we need a PROCESS when we are trying to optimize, trying to heal, trying to get answers for our health. We need to address the ROOT CAUSE to actually get solutions. Otherwise, we find ourselves bombarded with “you should do this” and start throwing things at a wall hoping something sticks… and maybe a couple times it has, but it never is REALLY the right “thing”.

You are a part of something bigger when we work together - a Collective mission to change how health care can be delivered.
