Green & Juicy

This juice contains produce that are super high in water content and yields a ton of juice (helpful when it comes to prep/cleanup/and of course $$). Containing cucumber, celery, apples, bell peppers and lemon it gives you 3 large servings (16-20 oz. each serving). Celery  contains high levels of silicon which helps to strengthen joints, bones, arteries, and connective tissues. The combination of veggies gives you a juice high in antioxidants, Vitamin C, beta-carotene and manganese.  Drink up - this is a green JUICY juice!

Green & Juicy

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 Apples

  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper

  • 1 Cucumber

  • 1 bunch Celery

  • 1 Lemon

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Wash all ingredients well. 

  2. Remove stem and seeds from the bell pepper and chop off the end of the celery bunch.

  3. Add all ingredients to the juice extractor. 

  4. Serve: Seal in 3 mason jars and store for 48 hours in the refrigerator.
