Cookie Dough Dip

🤤COOKIE DOUGH DIP. The “you will NEVER guess what this is made of” and the “ACTUAL healthy but true đź’Ł cookie dough twin”. And unlike when I was 12 and would sneak a handful of raw cookie dough from our Costco tub, I actually don’t feel that bad fully enjoying this!!!! Thank You @cookieandkate đź‘Ź

INGREDIENTS🍪 🍪

▪️1 1/2 cups chickpeas or white beans (1 can, drained and rinsed)

▪️1/8 tsp salt

▪️ 1/8 tsp baking soda

▪️2 tsp pure vanilla extract

▪️1/4 cup nut butter of choice

▪️up to 1/4 cup milk of choice, only if needed

▪️Sweetener of choice (1/2-2-3 c brown sugar, or do less/choose how much! or add liquid sweetener like stevia or dates)

▪️1/3 cup chocolate chips

▪️2-3 tbsp oats or flaxmeal

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients (except for choc chips) to vitamix or a good food processor, & process until smooth. mix in chips.) If made correctly and blended long enough, this should have the exact texture of real cookie dough! IT DOES!!!!

Serve um…. with a spoon? Or some crackers, but to be honest, it feels like an indulgence I have after a meal =))
